I have been working with The Wellness Mentor for a little over 2 years and the advice, motivation and support is excellent.
I have gained strength and flexibility following the exercise plan and thoroughly enjoy the challenges set.
My eating habits have improved as the suggested recipe ideas enable me to select healthier choices.

I am not here to train you till you vomit, restrict your calories or dictate what you can eat.

I am here to provide the best possible advice I can and ensure that you remain accountable to your own goals.

Yes, the majority of my services are held online via online 1-1 coaching, group coaching, online classes and online challenges.

The majority of my services are online. In-person PT sessions will always include sanitised equipment I can wear a mask upon request.

Services

In-person Personal Training and Fitness Coaching in Wakefield.

Online instructor-led exercise classes live and on-demand with me.

You can complete these from the comfort of your own home with little to no equipment.

The online workouts are low-impact strength-based workouts suitable for beginners.

We focus on building endurance, strength, and stability in the muscles and joints as an introduction to fitness.

Live classes are usually:

Monday at 6 pm
Wednesday at 6 pm
Saturday at 9:30 am

Times and sessions are subject to change.

Join an online community and receive guidance around simple and effective exercise, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle.

These 4 and 6-week programs will help you better understand your habits, lifestyle, and diet helping you to improve your health and fitness for the long haul, not just for summer.

Take part in mini fitness challenges that last under 30 days to kickstart your fitness and get you living a healthier lifestyle.

If you are looking for a more personalised approach to exercise and nutrition, one-to-one coaching is for you.

Specifically looking at your own personal energy needs, activity levels, and lifestyle, I will provide guidance and coaching to help you reach your body goals and overhaul your mindset.
