This unique coaching experience goes deeper than most values work to help you gain a real understanding of your core values and how they connect to every area of your life. Once you know the values that drive you, it is a revelation! Over the course of a few sessions, you will be able to use those values as a way to get clarity on why particular situations are causing you stress, and more importantly, how to find the courage to make the decisions you need in order to move forward. You will feel as though you have your own personal compass that can guide you throughout your life when faced with stressful situations. I developed this coaching practice following a traumatic experience in my own career - and I can guarantee it’s life-changing!
One-off Values Check-in (online)
This is for when you need to check in with your core values and use them to get clarity on a specific situation you're in, or an important decision you need to make. It will help you to make sense of why you are feeling the way you do and what you need to do to move forward with confidence.
