What do you love most about your job?
I love admin. Best of all, I love supporting businesses and individuals with their admin; taking some of the stress away to enable them to spend more time with their loved ones or growing their businesses.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a young family and wanted a role that worked around them, as well as my volunteering work. I decided it was time to call upon my decade of experience in administration and offer my services on a freelance basis.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been previously complimented on my efficiency and I pride myself on my accuracy and attention to detail. I have a 100% rating on Fiverr for project delivery and a decade of experience in administration, mostly in the field of traumatic injury case management. You can see more testimonials on my website.

Yes. I work solely on a remote basis and have all necessary assurances in place. Clients can be confident that, when they choose to hire me, I will get the job done, in the time specified, as accurately as possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work solely from home so there is no contact between me and my clients. However, if I was required to visit a location I would abide by the COVID regulations put in place by that client/company to ensure maximum safety for everyone I came into contact with.

Medical Admin Support
£36 per hour, including
- Any necessary transcription and audio typing
- Maintaining client databases
- Liaising with professionals, such as solicitors, therapists
- Arranging meetings/appointments
- Requesting medical reports
- Error-checking reports and file notes for spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Researching and booking travel arrangements
- More as agreed with the client

Transcription
- Printed source document from £11.00 per 1000 words.
- Handwritten source document from £15.50 per 1000 words.
Audio and Video Transcription
Turnaround: 3-5 days £1.00, 2-3 days £1.15, 24-48 hours £1.35
