I had life coaching with Jo in 2021. She really helped me get myself back on track, and since my life has headed in a really positive direction. She opened my eyes to things with a new perspective, and I now feel much more content and confident in myself and my direction. Jo is a great life coach - she puts you completely at ease, she's the most kind and friendly person, she takes things at your own pace, and always finds ways to hep navigate person barriers. She has really great insight and knowledge on how our minds work, which helped me to understand myself better and has enabled me to deal with things going forward. I worked with Jo at the end of last year when I felt like I’d hit certain milestones in my life and I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to go next. I’d lost motivation for my day-to-day and needed someone to help get me back to being my old self, motivated and excited by life again. I cannot emphasise enough how pleased I am that I chose to work with Jo. I was a little hesitant on life coaching, having worked with one in the past who was not what I expected. But immediately upon meeting Jo she had a friendly and understanding way about her with the upbeat attitude that I needed to get me moving! When we started working together I was in one of those “stuck” spaces where I felt like the way things were was how they were going to be forever. I was struggling to find the same joy in my creative work as I once did, but wasn’t sure why, or what to do next. Having been interested in the benefits of life-coaching for a while, I decided to take the plunge with Jo, and I’m so glad I did! Jo made me feel very comfortable and supported from the beginning, and even though I’m a bit of an introvert I found myself talking away as naturally as if I was with a friend.
