From the initial consultation right through to the end Gaynor has been professional and very competent throughout. I had a diseased nail on my big toe which was almost beyond curing but now is back to normal, growing and pain free.

Gaynor at the Undercroft Clinic is by far the most professional person we called, wanting as much information as we could give to get the best end result. My son had his ingrowing toenail removed and Gaynor made us both feel comfortable and confident we were are the right place. I have been visiting the Undercroft Clinic for many years and actually I can genuinely say that without Gaynor and her team I would not be active now. I visited first in my early 20's with the reality I may not continue to play sports due to long standing injuries, Gaynor not only rectified my existing injuries, repairing scar tissues and imbalances but has managed to keep me playing into my 40's. My fitness and abilities have actually improved and now the whole family attend now. By Far the undercroft clinic is the place to go to have your feet looked after. They are very professional have a clean environment, use proper PPE and customer service is outstanding. They always go above and beyond to help the best they can. Price is very competitive and they always try to find the best options to suit you. I have had a fungal infection for a while and have tried with different treatments from the Web including Schol, and none of them have worked. With great luck I was given Gaynor’s number for the Undercroft clinic. The treatment included cutting away the damaged nail ( I never felt any discomfort). Lasering the infected area, drilling tiny holes in the nail for the after spray treatment.(Spraying the nail and brushing the liquid into the holes that had been made) Within the a short while the nail looked so much better. Gaynor is a true professional, she is kind, friendly and really cares about her clients. I took my mother to her a few years ago with an open would that wouldn't heal, Gaynor got the foot completely better, my husband went with a very painful corn, completely gone now. I am currently seeing Gaynor with an old injury that is healing beautifully. I've suffered with foot verruca's for the past 25 years, and tried every kind of home and professional treatment including acid, caustic, freezing and needling - all to no avail. To add insult to injury I'd developed a very uncomfortable verruca on my thumb pad, so it was time to try something new. After being treated by Gaynor for Planter Faciiatias and an ingrowing toe nail, I have to compliment her for the friendly, courteous and professional way in which she approached my issues and for alleviating the pain I was in. Nothing was too much trouble for her even though the clinic was extremely busy. There was always a way in which she adapted her working hours to treat myself and other patients who she valued and cared for very much.
