The May Ball was the third university event for which I have used the Undefined Group having first worked with them in December 2013. Every one of these events has been bespoke designed to incredible effect and the May Ball was no exception. The Undefined team not only helped make the committee's vision come to life but made highly valuable and innovative suggestions as how best to convey the theme to our guests. Every little detail was thought of, particular favourites of mine being a grassed stage and fake grass cable concealment to maintain the magic of our natural garden area. Their experience, organisation and enthusiasm for the event made them a pleasure to work with for myself, the committee as a whole and the venue staff. What do you love most about your job?
The variety of our jobs is what drives us to work hard, we love a challenge and our clients regularly ask us to achieve what may sometimes seem impossible. The events industry is so diverse and we never know where our work might take us!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started our own business because we had the entrepreneurial spirit! We wanted to achieve something that we didn't feel anyone else in the marketplace offered, bespoke solutions to a clients vision for their dream event.
