What do you love most about your job?
Witnessing people’s growth and improvement in their mental health gives me a true passion for helping people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent 15 years working in Learning and Development, I became fascinated with 'what makes us tick', and how each of our unique experiences shape our thoughts and behaviours in different ways. This is one of the reasons I came across counselling and became passionate about helping people process their emotions and work towards healing.
Why should our clients choose you?
I continue to participate in regular training and workshops, which have recently included the following:
• Using IFS to Heal Traumatic Wounds
• Suicide risk
• Understanding Stigma
• Understanding and Managing Loneliness
• Understanding Personality Disorder and Working with Risk
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, I offer sessions via Zoom & Teams, as well initial intro calls over the phone.
Counselling
My name is Kayleigh and I specialise in supporting people who have experienced trauma.
You may not always know if you have been affected by trauma, so here are just some of the ways it can show up in your daily life...
Anxiety
Depression
Anger
Addiction
Low self-esteem
Problems with sleep
Lack of libido
Social detachment
Loneliness
If any of these sound familiar and your mental health is suffering, it does not have to stay that way.
