The Syrian Sunflower was established in 2019 by the head chef Majeda Khouri, a Syrian refugee, activist, and food service expert who shares the untold story of Syria through her cooking.
We provide a host of delicious, fresh & healthy home-cooked traditional Syrian food, where each dish tells a colourful story of its creation during the long and eventful history of Syria, from 19th century sieges to holiday dishes celebrating new beginnings!
