What inspired you to start your own business?
We realised that an issue with the tutoring business is that many tutors have been out of education for several years. With the education system ever changing, this means that many tutors can be very out of touch. At the time, being student ourselves, we completed many surveys with several students and realised after plenty of research, that the best solution was to create a 'student tutor' experience, hence our name The 'Stutor' Club.
At The Stutor Club, we have employed a number of intelligent student tutors (most of which are at university level and attend fantastic universities), who are able to not only transfer their depth of knowledge but can provide current experience.

As of 2021, we now run on a strictly online basis. We have developed our system so specifically that we now believe online tuition is actually the best method of learning.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In light of the Covid-19 pandemic and during our relaunch in 2021, although we initially also offered physical lessons, we decided to run on a strictly online basis.
Our online system is honestly the best we have seen with plenty of features that benefit client, students and tutors alike.
SATS Tuition
SATs are the national curriculum tests given to children in education. SATs can be stressful for all involved. Our tuition service helps to equip students with all the tools necessary to perform successfully and with little to no stress.
11+ Entry Exams
The eleven-plus is an examination administered to some students in England and NI in their last year of primary education, which governs admission primarily into grammar schools. At The Stutor Club, we can offer extra support to prepare you.
All of our 11+ tutors have completed and excelled in 11+ entry exams themselves and have gone on to higher education in some of the top institutions.
KS3 Tuition
This is our service for students in Years 7 - 9. We understand that good preparation prior to GCSE years (Years 10 - 11) both benefits and boosts the confidence of students in secondary education. Having a firm grip on key subjects prior to GCSE examination can therefore produce a seamless and effective academic experience.
GCSE Tuition
Excellent GCSE results is one of the stepping stones to a bright academic future. At The Stutor Club, we are able to provide plenty of support and guidance through the GCSE experience. All of our tutors have proven themselves with excellent results at GCSE.
A Level Tuition
At The Stutor Club, we pride ourselves in employing the best of the best. With our tutors all attending top universities, (either as undergraduates or postgraduates), we are able to provide not only a wealth of knowledge but also current and relevant transferable experience.
