Thank you to Tim and the staff last Friday night for a fab evening learning the history of Gin how it is made and finally getting to blend flavours to make our own bottle of Gin. The recipe is then kept for any future orders you may wish to place. Tim has a gin passion as well as all things alcoholic like cocktails which I understand he runs a cocktail class which I would love to do next.
