I would highly recommend The Stables Pantry. Cathy made us a stunning Starbucks Frappuccino cake for my sister's Baby Shower. Completely unlike anything we've seen before and it went down a storm. Had a great response to the look of the cake made for my son's christening and then people tasted it... wow! Both the lemon (with homemade lemon curd) and the vanilla sponge with chocolate buttercream layers went down a treat �

Cathy made my wedding cake and my son's birthday cake 2 days within each other. They were both incredible! So soft and fresh, the flavours were amazing. We turned up at our cake tasting determined we were having a certain flavour, by the end we were blown away with one flavour in particular and changed our wedding cake to reflect this. We wanted Cathy to make a postman pat cake for my pat obsessed son, the look on his face when he realised he had a postman pat cake was so special, something we will never forget. Cathy, made our lego themed wedding cake for us in April 2017. My husbands love of lego as a child and, I'm ashamed to say, as fully grown man, was the main influence.
It was perfect, normal looking wedding cake at the front; at the back, the icing appeared to be rolled back to reveal lego bricks all with little lego construction men building it.
It was a real talking point at our wedding!
Most importantly it tasted divine!!!

Cathy made my daughter's frozen cake recently, had never meet or spoken to Cathy before just need help quick to make my daughter's dream birthday cake, she went above and beyond to do this, she made the most stunning cake which looked and tasted fantastic! !!
