Kat & Ash of The Springles - what a wonderful couple doing exactly what they are meant to be doing! From the minute they arrived, having never met them before, bought calm to a somewhat chaotic and stressful honeymoon suite! I, the bride was so looked after by Kat who knew just what was needed from music in a cup(!) to having a little drink to calm the nerves. It was like having a long lost mate come in and just sort stuff out! I hate my picture being taken but was put so at ease by her. Ash fit right in with the boys and got some wonderful shots without anyone really knowing he was there! So respectful to the event and the people. The shots of our day are something we will love and cherish for the rest of our lives. Ash told me they are just geeks really but I say these two are super cool, super creative, lovely humans that are not just amazing photographers but wonderful people that enhance the whole day just by being there. Well what can I say about Ash & Kat.. from the moment we met them we just knew they were our kind of people..! They have been incredible over our journey to married life and have really been there every step of the way up to the big day from bonding over tea and fondant fancies to listening to my nervous, emotional rant right before the big day. On our wedding day they just fitted in so well with our guests and made everyone feel at ease. Looking back at our photos you can really see the natural shots of people just having a great time, having an epic party and actually capturing the emotions of the day.. which is what it was all about for us! Having the two of them on the day made sure we got so many different shots of us and our guests and that for us is a lovely thing to be able to look back on. I could not have had anyone better than The Springles and feel incredibly lucky that they captured my special day.. even the long walk up box hill was worth it..! These guys are just pure magic! Now having our photos back we can truly say The Springles photography is the best photography we have ever seen and have captured our day perfectly! Kat and Ash are absolutely fantastic photographers! Not just in the quality of the photographs they produce (which are just amazing! ) but also in the service they provide surrounding this. When we first enquired about whether they could be our wedding photographers, they suggested we meet for a drink so we could get to know each other. It was really nice and they are such friendly and wonderful people that it meant when it actually came to the day, we felt like we had people who we genuinely had a connection with taking the pictures at our wedding! On the day, they completely set us at ease and blended in so well. All our friends and family kept saying how lovely they were, and now that we have our photos (which we love so much!) we have had several of our friends say how they think The Springles’ photos are the best wedding photographs they have seen! We completely agree - all the photos are fantastic and there are so many great ones of our family & friends, I think everyone is in at least one photo, so they are all such a wonderful memory of the day. Having two photographers (and being a couple as well) also made all the difference, as it meant that on the day Kat and Ash were able to photograph everything right from the beginning of the day, Kat with me & my girls and Ash with Jools & his boys. Jools said the only thing that could have made it even better, would have been if Ash could have tied his cravat for him! We also had asked that we not have a long couples’ shoot where we were taken away for a long section of the drinks reception. They were more than happy to oblige with this request (and encouraged it) agreeing that we shouldn’t miss our party, so throughout the day whenever there was some great scenery around (plenty to choose from in London!) we had some couples’ shots. We had ones with so many amazing backdrops - by the church, Albert Bridge, Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Tower Bridge and more! The Springles photographed our wedding over a year ago (and we forgot to write a review until right now - sorry guys!!!! ). We highly recommend the Springles!! We live in NZ and we were so lucky that they were able to be a part of our special day. They are such a friendly, loving and warm couple who were a perfect fit for us. On the day we felt really relaxed and comfortable. Kat had such a great eye for capturing natural moments as they happened. She managed to get so many perfect shots that we've have such a hard time selecting our favourite few pictures to hang on the walls, I want to put all 2000 up but think that's a bit OTT... Maybe?!... Also they had a very quick turn around time which meant we could see our photos while we were still on our honeymoon! We would highly recommend The Springles. They were absolutely fantastic from the moment we met them, right through to the day itself. I couldn't have hoped for better on the day. Kat and Ash photographed our wedding in December last year and I can't even begin to explain how absolutely AMAZING they were. They are the nicest people who are sooooooo good at what they do. We loved having them share our day with us. They felt like really helpful guests and got on with all our friends and family. They put us at ease and it was really fun to have our photos taken (something I didn't think was possible). Having 2 of them is such a great selling point as Ash was with my husband in the morning and Kat was with us. We have just got our photos back and are over the moon with them. I would 100% recommend the Springles, they are the best. Where do we start?! Me and my now wife Charlotte got married on the 2nd November 2018, in which we had Ash + Kat capture our day for us. As a wedding photographer myself, the photography for me was the most important thing for our wedding day and we felt so lucky to be able to of had The Springles there with us. They captured our day exactly as we wanted it to be captured, in a natural, storytelling and creative way. As they were working as a duo (like they always do) it allowed every moment in different places to be captured. It was amazing to look through the wedding photos and see the bits of the day that we could not of seen. What can my wife and I say about The Springle? Anything good? Of course, Ash and Kate are unbelievably good at their job. Having two photographers means they capture the whole day, right from the preparation and getting ready, right until you are ready to drop with exhaustion from too much dancing in the evening . If you can get Ash on the dance floor you know you have a good wedding. Looking through the photos, I think there are pictures of every single guest we had at our wedding, so they are sure to get round and capture your whole day and every aspect of it. Another benefit of having the two of them, is you get simlar shots but from different perspectives which tells its own story as well. What one of them may miss or interpret one way, the other will capture or interpret another. Their work is extremely professional, unobtrusive and the pictures they have take of our wedding are superb and we can't wait to display them round our house. They worked to our schedule and how we wanted our day to run and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. We got married at Millbridge Court, Surrey, and The Springle's regularly do weddings there, so they know all the best spots to take photos and when the best light is available. They are a great couple themselves and put you at ease. Lindsey and I did a pre-wedding photoshoot and it was great to spend some time with them and feel comfortable and see how they work, so we definitely recommend that as well. The Springles photographed our wedding day at Fetcham Park on 15 September this year. I stumbled across their work on instagram and immeadiately loved the natural but romantic shots they capture so beautifully. From the moment of enquiring, they were super helpful in answering all our questions, and we had a great Skype call to meet them around the time we booked so we knew we'd be comfortable with them on our wedding day. We felt it was a huge benefit for Kat to be with me on the morning of the wedding, and Ash with my husband, and now that we have our photos back we realise even more how special it is that our whole day for both of us has been captured. Having this dynamic husband/wife duo really benefited the photography that was taken on our wedding day - with two of them they could ensure no moment was missed, giving us multiple angles of shots, and they both integrated seamlessly with our guests and other suppliers. They stayed way into our evening to capture some of the dancing, and it was lovely to not have a time limit, knowing we had to get everything done in a set time frame. Having received our AMAZING photo slideshow whilst we were on our honeymoon (within 2 weeks!), it was so exciting to watch and re-live our special day in that setting. We have since enjoyed sharing the video with our friends and family and I think it's a fantastic way to capture the day and have as a memento. The full photo gallery has been a joy to look through too - I love every photo they took, and can't wait to get so many of them printed. They really captured the magic and love of the day. Ash & Kate are an absolute dream to have at a wedding. These guys covered my wedding in July and the results are epic. Wedding photography can come across as quite daunting, but these two make you feel comfortable and more importantly natural so you can get the best possible results. My husband and I met with The Springles about a year before the wedding and straight away we knew we wanted to work with them. They are great fun and all round genuinely nice people. I couldnt have asked for better photographers and I would highly recommend them. The results are stunning and authentic. They did a fantastic job of capturing the best times of the day, some of the shots of the evening sun were so beautiful. These guys really know what they're doing, so if you want a team that are professional and personal at the same time - these two are the photographers for you. Sorry this review is a little late (we got married last August)

Ash and Kat are so wonderful. We were in a bit of a tricky spot after our original photographer cancelled 5 months before our wedding. Ash and Kat were recommended to us and it was one of the best things that ever happened to us! From the get go - they were amazing, easy to get on with and made us feel so at home!
On the day of our wedding - they were so flexible, so encouraging and generally amazing! Our photos are absolutely gorgeous! They captured every, moment my husband and I totally missed. The day flew by and Ash and Kat took such care to make sure we didn't miss a single memory. As we were walking back from taking a few couple photos, they suggested that my husband and I take a moment together. it was my most treasured moment of the entire day. It also just speaks to how caring and considerate Ash and Kat are.

We selected Ash and Kat to photograph our wedding nearly two years before we tied the knot as we liked the natural and simple photos that they took and because they were both so laid back and easy going. We could tell that they weren't going to be the invasive wedding photographers and this we liked a lot and we wanted to feel relaxed.... from the planning meetings that we had it was clear that you guys new your stuff and helped guide us through really what needed to be done, as we basically knew what we wanted and you pushed in the right direction.... p.s we still owe you guys a coffee !! We contacted Ash & Kat from halfway across the world (we're from Sydney, Australia) to see if they'd be interested in capturing our intimate destination wedding of around 20 people in Tuscany, Italy. We wanted photographers who would be just as excited about the destination as we were and who could capture candid moments of our day. We already loved the work we saw in their portfolio, but as soon as we met them via Skype we knew they were the right photographers for us! They're such a laid back, yet professional couple who we got along with so easily.

They were really easy to get in contact with, from the moment we first emailed them (even after they just became new parents to twins!) up to the wedding day - which was especially important as we were planning from overseas. They asked questions beforehand and met with us the day prior so that on the day they knew exactly what was happening.

On the morning of the wedding Ash went along with Dan and the guys as they played golf and Kat hung out with my family and the ladies at the villa. It was great to have each of them photograph our separate mornings - they captured moments and details we otherwise missed.

Dan & I aren't used to posing for photos but Ash & Kat made us feel comfortable. I noticed it particularly during our couple photo session that they worked so well together, and it was actually nice to have them show us examples of poses.

They mingled throughout the day with our friends and family but always kept photographing as a priority. By dinner time they were part of our guests and ate at the long communal table with all of us!

Thanks guys for being so amazing to work with! We absolutely love our photos!

Photography was the top priority for me at our wedding as I love taking and editing photos, but this was on the bottom of my now husbands list! I wanted to get the balance right, allowing me to get amazing photos yet making him feel comfortable and enjoy his day. Well I literally could not have asked for more perfect people to capture our wedding. From the very beginning both Kat and Ash got exactly the vibe we wanted and were so reassuring answering any queries I had through the year. During the day they blended seamlessly into the background and captured every single moment. Often I would think “oh I wish the photographers were taking this”, then turn round and there they were already snapping away! This made our photos so natural and raw. We can't say enough good things about Ash and Kat. From the moment we met them (roughly 18 months before the wedding) we knew they were the ones we wanted to photograph our wedding. Not only do they happen to be two of the loveliest people, their photos are absolutely incredible!!!! We discovered them on instagram when our venue had tagged them in a photo and I remember thinking, I want our photos to look that good. Despite booking them 18 months in advance, we kept in regular contact and it was great to get together for an engagement shoot before the wedding. From the very first sentence of the email Ash + Kat sent us, I knew they were the perfect photographers for us. They made us feel completely at ease, and their approach to photographing us was very relaxed, meaning the photographs we have from our wedding are gorgeous. Having done a Google search about a year before our wedding, Ash and Kat's initial email to us gave us all the information we needed to know, and that they were the perfect couple to photograph our wedding. Kat & Ash captured our day on the 22nd May and Wow! Just wow! Words cannot describe how amazing these guys are. Having 2 photographers instead of 1 made all the difference for us, it meant that we were able to see prep pictures from the both of us instead of just 1, meaning I was also able to see my husband getting ready with our 5 week old son. Kat and Ash blended in with our guests and the natural shots that we received back show this. There were no forced smiles or awkward poses, just relaxed shots with every one feeling comfortable.
We booked these guys 18 month’s prior to our wedding and loved that they invited us to their lovely home to discuss what we wanted from them and to get to know us as a couple, which immediately put us both at ease as finding the perfect photographer can be tricky.
They were with us from early morning to late into the night and each and everyone of my guests commented on how easy going and unobtrusive they were. Turn around time for getting out pictures back was very quick, with previews getting to us around 48hours later and all pictures (all 785 of them� ) coming back to us in just under 2 weeks.
I would recommend The Springles time and time again, they are a fab team and just a lovely couple who capture the love and the day in a very special way. These guys are certainly like no other. More...

Ash photographed our wedding on 15 June in Greece. He captured it so beautifully! We love the photos and we've had such great feedback on the photos from our friends and family. Kat and Ash photographed our wedding day in the French Alps two weeks ago and captured the day in the most incredible, imaginable and beautiful way possible. When we first spoke to Ash & Kat 9 months before we got married, we knew we had made the right choice. We got on with them straight away, and they seemed lovely. They kept in contact throughout the time before the wedding, and asked us all the right questions before, so that on the day we didn't need to organise them at all.

On the day, they were great - fun people to be around, made you feel super comfortable. It was great having a real couple show you exactly how to pose, and give you tips on getting through your day. Made the whole process a lot easier. We had so much fun with them, and they just felt like lovely wedding guest who took lots of amazing photos.

The Springles were incredible. Having met them at our Best Friends Wedding and being totally blown over by their pics, their approach to their work and them as people we were super happy to pin them down to photograph our day.

They made everything relaxed, captured perfect posed and un-staged photos and really caught every special moment on camera! The pics were ready just a few days afterwards and they created a wonderful slideshow of the day we could share immediately to our guests.

Kat and Ash photographed our wedding at the beginning of May - around 200 people, during a day that was split into various parts - and did such a fantastic job.

We chose them because we liked their style of course, but we couldn't have anticipated how easy they were to work with - easygoing but still ensuring they captured the best moments of the day. Would really recommend them, and I think there really is something to be said for two photographers who are married to each other - it just worked and the rhythm of the pics are testament to that.

They are so much fun, and made our day so easy - and now we have beautiful photos to go with the great memories of our day.
