Horrendous place leaving a breastfeeding mother without food and water for hours. They forgot that the party had orderd food before hand and then argued amoung each other in front of customers. My wife had to wait 3 hours for food only to be served sandwiches and things bought from a corner shop. They bought bottles of water from the pound shop and then charged my wife 1.25 for it. I'm absolutely fuming woth this place and being a local who has lived here all there life have told everyone not to go here. More...

Diabolical services my wife and 5 mo th old daughter were invited here for a hen do. They arrived and were sat in a corner unable to get out to use the toilets. To make matters worse they had orderd food online for the party and paid extra. Then the owners started arguing with each other in the kitchen that one hadn't told the other about the food. After 3 hours the food was still not on the table and my wife who is breastfeeding was absolutely starving. She asked about the food and said that the party would leave soon and eat elsewhere. The owner was rude and said no its on the way stay. And then proceed to call her cheeky. Another 2 hours later and the food arrived and was shocking they had paid an extortionate price for what was essentially sandwiches and things bought from the local shop. when they left we asked for a refund and the owner again was very rude and very unprofessional in emails. Avoid at all costs this is by far the worst survace I have ever encountered. I was absolutely fuming when my wife told me how awful it had been with our 5 month old daughter and the 5 hour wait for food trapped in a corner. More...

I do not write reviews, however I’m appalled by the owner & can’t believe these people are allowed to run a business.
Do not waste your time or money going here.
The customer service is awful.
We didn’t receive all of our items and after 2 people discussing a refund for a hen do that was awfully planned & left a breastfeeding mother in distress. Has yet to be received after being promised on multiple occasions and this is going on 3 weeks now, if not longer as they were contacted back in September about said refund.
They do not except responsibility for any wrong doing & become extremely rude when contacted.

Right from first contact, Lorraine was very helpful and ready to make Mum's 60th Birthday celebrations, at The Spotted Treehouse Art Studio, a memorable time. We arrived at the studio, beautifully set up and ready for us to get painting ceramics. We were well looked after and shown what to do. Nothing seemed too much trouble for Lorraine, Martin or Helena. OMG such a great place to come and relax while creating your own colourful masterpiece. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, you can order food and drinks at reasonable prices and before you know it 2 hours have gone by and your having fun with or without the kids. Loads of things on offer too from parties for the kids, pottery classes to Prosecco nights strictly adults only. The gang have it covered so book to see what it's like. More...

Spent a truly magical afternoon painting in this wonderfully relaxing, brilliantly equipped and super friendly studio. Highly recommend Martin and Lorraine at the spotted tree house, I went in with a photo to see if they could create a bespoke make up brush holder for my daughters birthday, the artist that created it I think her name is Helena did an amazing job it was exactly what I asked for,your truly talented and fantastic! !! 😍I'd recommend this to anyone no matter the age group. The owners are incredibly encouraging and friendly and it's a relaxing atmosphere. They even let me stay past closing time because I was so focused that I forgot the time. They even cleaned up afterwards for me and told me it was ok to come again to finish my pot until I was happy with it.
