I’m Paul Browett, a Humanist celebrant based in central Scotland, and I create custom made ceremonies which are personalised to each customer, as no two stories are the same.
Becoming a Celebrant was a natural step for me, as my background has always involved working closely with others, to motivate and inspire people, and to celebrate their achievements.

What do you love most about your job?
Being a Celebrant allows me to continue to do what I love most; to meet amazing people, hear all about their life experiences, and to have the privilege in sharing their story with the people that they love most.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Becoming a Celebrant was a natural step for me, as my background has always involved working closely with others, to motivate and inspire people, and to celebrate their achievements. Much of my work also involved public speaking, which would require meticulous organising and planning of events in order for these to be a success. It was due to the success of such events, that many people encouraged me to pursue a career in becoming a Celebrant.

I will work closely with you to ensure that the small details are perfect in order for me to create your very special ceremony on the day. No two people are the same, so no ceremony should be either!

All customer meetings can be held via Zoom calls or telephone calls depending on your preference.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Dependant on restrictions meetings can take place socially distanced or via Zoom or telephone. Compliant with regulations and H&S procedures.
