We left our 9 month old toy poodle,Duke with Natalie and Adam whilst we went abroad for a week It was the first time we had left him with anybody and I must admit we were upset and nervous to do so, however I cannot put into words how fantastic the experience has been for us and Duke! Natalie and Adam kept us updated with the most beautiful photos and videos of him throughout the days which not only put us at ease but made us laugh as it was clear they understood his personality quickly. Before his stay at The Scenic Route Duke was a little anti social with other dogs, but under Natalie and Adam’s supervision we were soon receiving photos and videos of him clearly making friends with other dogs, especially their own beautiful and kind natured dog Maci. We are currently looking for more dates for duke to go and have his own holiday at The scenic Route, totally for his benefit because it is clear how much he’s enjoyed it, developed from it and I’m sure he will miss his new doggy friends and Natalie and Adam Thank you both for everything, all three of us have had fabulous holidays because of you More...

I Can't recommend Natalie and Adam enough! We recently went away on holiday and i have never been so at ease with leaving my little fur baby with them :) we got regular updates and photos sent to us and I don't think she wanted to come back home she enjoyed it that much! Did an amazing job 😊😊

We could not recommend Adam and Natalie any more! After struggling to find a home from home and visiting many that were recommend to us, we lost hope in finding somewhere where Ted would be loved and looked after as we do but also cope with Ted's extremely needy side, then we stumbled across the Scenic Route. Natalie and Adam came to our home to introduce themselves and to meet Ted.. Ted loved them from the start. They look after Ted as he were their own and this shows in how Ted will leave us for the day. Ted suffers with separation anxiety but happily leaves for the day with Natalie and Adam, we are updated on how Ted is getting on through photos and messages, which shows how happy and how much fun Ted is having. Natalia is absolutely brilliant, couldn’t recommend enough! I work shifts that sometimes change very last minute and she will do everything she can to help accommodate this! My dog (Finn) regularly has walks and sleepovers and I always get pictures so I know he’s had a great time, have to be careful saying Natalia around him as he just starts running round crazy excited! Our dog had a fab time whilst staying at The Scenic Route, he was so well looked after and we had regular updates and pictures of how he was getting on. He had lots of walks, playtime and cuddles. I would totally recommend Natalie and Adam, they provide a brilliant, reliable and friendly service. I know Baxter is in safe, capable hands whilst I am away. He is always super excited to see them! I look forward each evening to seeing his walking adventure pictures or videos for the day and which friends he has made! It has become a highlight of the day waiting to see what he’s been up to and he always looks like he’s having fun! Natalia and Adam offered an excellent, highly professional service for home boarding our dog during our recent holiday. We were immediately made to feel welcome and were impressed by the meticulous attention to detail to get to know our dog, applied through the booking process. Loki was instantly made to feel part of their family and the regular updates received, reassured us of the amazing time he was having, the many exciting walks he had and how wonderfully settled and happy he was during his stay. Never left my fur baby with strangers before . Always left him with family and friends. So I was very anxious about it. I met these lovely people at my home and asked them lots of questions plus gave them lots information about my baby . They were really friendly and reassuring plus my fur baby took to them instantly. On time for picking him up from my house for the day and sent lots of photos plus a video which helped to make at ease and I was able enjoy my middle son birthday day out without worrying about my fur baby too much. Natalie and Adam are professional, reliable and responsive. However, the most important thing to me is that they take such good care of our dog Harris. We haven’t used a pet service before and we’re anxious as one of our dogs can bark and seem aggressive however Nat and Adam put us both at ease. Coming over a few days before to socialise our dogs with there’s. And taking there time doing what was right for my dogs. We have never used a pet walking service before as my older dog is very funny with new people and doesn't like other dogs but I needn't of worried as Adam & Nat both came round a week before we were due to go away to get to know the dogs.
