Elise managed a difficult sale process with excellent advice that was always client-focused and specific to our needs. Firstly, she advised us proportionately on what our home needed and what it was necessary to spend (and not above). She offered very sensible and realistic views on the impact it would have on our sale and it’s price. She then dressed and photographed our home impeccably and this made an instant impact on valuations. She helped manage our response to estate agents which was very helpful while never overbearing. Then, she was very patient with our timelines that included failed sales, reorganising collections administration without complaint.
