Be aware, once they have your money, that's the end for them. Safety issue with my door, safety cut off caused it to close on something and subsequently come off the side rails. Cameron admitted they had fired the fitter for his bad work,said they would sort it. Then they do not respond to messages, emails,texts. This is within the warranty period, and was a huge health and safety risk. They simply don't care. Talking to trading standards currently and will go on with this. Extremely unhappy, disappointed with their service. Zero customer service after installation. Ones they have your money, that’s it, no customer service whatsoever.
Garage door actually fell on my head days after installation. They were very quick to come and fix it. But been trying to get hold of them

If I could leave zero stars then I would! I have been trying for weeks to get hold of this company. Their phone system just rings through with an automated voice service telling the called "to hold". I have held for hours to no avail. I left emails, all of which were not responded to. I tried messenger and finally, a chap called Ryan called, however he made a poor excuse that the phone system was down and he'd call me back re my order. I've still not received a call and the company has ignored all voicemails, text messages and Facebook messages. Be warned, this company is in a mess and once they have your money you might find yourself being ignored... like me. More...

I had been looking for a new garage door when I received a flyer from The Rolling Door experts. I rang the number and spoke to Nicole who explained the process and price which was cheaper than most I had looked at so paid the deposit and agreed the installation date.
The work took place with the installers taking just three hours to remove the old door and frame and install the new door.
We were shown how to use the manual override and received a call from Nicole to ensure we were happy with the job which we were.
A very professional job from start to finish at a reasonable price.

We were very impressed with the 2 workers who installed our roller blind garage door, they had allowed 4 hours to install but they installed it in just over 2 and a half hours and its working fine.
If anyone askes me if i would recommend them it would be a huge YES.

Very pleased with product and installation.
Slightly on the minus side, I would have expected a phone call the day before to confirm the installation as it had been booked for a while and I'm a bit lacking on follow up paperwork which should contain details such as the guarantee, servicing requirement, confirmation of installation etc..
All I have are the relevant purchase invoices. Perhaps it will arrive in the fullness of time?

IDE like to start my review with a complaint , first of all two men arrived late to do the job, then I was constantly asked how I would like my door fitted and they kept asking me about how they were going to fit it I kept telling them they were the experts get on with it . Then by the time they had finished it was dark but I noticed there was a large gap at the top of the blind allowing the wind to blow in, they packed up their van and left . When I went out in the morning they’d fitted a chocolate brown blind instead of light oak, there was a large gap at the top and no finished edge at bottom of blind . I spoke to the company and within 5 weeks two other men arrived and I can’t fault them they removed the brown blind and refitted the correct colour also put the correct number of slats in so there was no longer a gap at the top also there was a larger thicker end slat with a rubber edging which was fitted to the bottom of the blind to seal against the garage floor. Thankfully these guys new what to do and rectified all the problems I had with the first fitting so as long as you get these two competent filters I strongly recommend this company job eventually we’ll done 👍👍👍👍👍 More...

The guys were on time (early but fine by me), worked really hard fitting the door including a couple of tech issues they had with the auto stops on the door motor.
