My double glazed kitchen window was unable to open. I spoke to Ilie The Right Man and he was on the job within 20 minutes.
He was very polite and respectful, seems kind natured. He first explained the procedure to me and then replaced the damaged part very promptly.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Can't do more than keeping distance from customers while working at their premises, wearing protective face mask, rubber gloves and over shoes .
