So I called yesterday to see if they had space for today to fit me in for a facial due to my skin being super dry due to the weather and luckily they had space. I went for my facial as I entered the salon I was offered a drink and the atmosphere seems very friendly. Once I had filled my form out a lovely lady who blonde hair took me for my facial through out I was very relaxed and the lady was very friendly. When I came out of my facial I got 15% off as I have a blue light card which I was cuffed to bits with as a lot of smaller businesses don’t tend to offer a discount for blue light card holders. My skin feels loads better and the lady also gave me a couple of samples to use at home. I will definitely be looking to book again soon when I have some extra penny’s as the experience was brilliant. I would absolutely recommend The Retreat, I have followed my previous therapist so I knew exactly what to expect treatment wise, but it was actually more enjoyable as the different wax suited my skin much better. Can’t believe I haven’t been in the salon before now. I’m glad I walked in after calling to the pharmacy and booked my treatments. I was made to feel welcome and my bookings were done very professionally. Michelle did my pedicure and my feet liked and felt amazing. I was unsure as whether to go ahead with my manicure as a nail had broken so I cut them very short but Esther worked her magic and I came away feeling on cloud nine.
