Having got a beautiful bundle of joy in lockdown we wondered how we would get the support that we all needed.
Strict lockdown rules meant that we couldn’t train our puppy as we expected/wanted and many hurdles came along the way, but not for the puppy master.
We were a bit unsure about the online content and how it would work but it was designed in a way that was helpful, easy to use and most importantly ensured our puppy had all the tools she needed.
We did the training in our own time which was brilliant and any extra questions we had Clare was there reassuring us and supporting us every step of the way.

Clare is an excellent trainer,great insight into your puppies. Eric and I learn something new and he’s become a joy to walk.
We have worked on lots of training and as an exuberant boxer adolescent he can be a handful.
Clare’s patience and belief that there are no badly behaved dogs is evident in her training methods. I have learned so much from her also. Recently joined by Tom they are an incredible duo. Highly recommend and the facilities are first class ❤️🐾🐾🐶🐶🐶

Highly recommend the Puppy Master. I joined the online ‘primary school’ classes in February and have just completed ‘secondary school’ which were in person. The online resources are fantastic and the weekly coaching calls gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Just listening to how other puppy owners were getting on was also really helpful. Clare and Tom are very knowledgeable and offer puppy training which is focussed on positive experiences and affirmation. I really liked this approach and my puppy has responded beautifully. The in person classes were fabulous in helping with puppy socialisation skills and a lot of fun. Clare was very helpful with some resource guarding / jealousy issues and with her support and guidance, we managed to nip these issues in the bud. I can’t recommend highly enough. More...

Puppy master are great professional dog trainers we are still training Stanley and go 1-2-1 with Tom who is a laid back trainer which suits Stanley's needs we would highly recommend both Clare and Tom for every aspect of dog training

I would highly recommend The Puppy Master to anyone wanting to attend puppy classes. My pup Teddy is a very nervous dog and has grown so much in confidence since attending the classes with Tom and Clare. He has learnt lots of new tricks and is like a different dog. We currently work on-line and in-person.
In-person is at our privately owned training facility or at clients house.
Online is via the use of Zoom or registering for our online Puppy stage 1 training course which can be taken at any time convenient to our clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have our own outdoor training field, so social distancing is not an issue.
We have 'COVID awareness' award (especially for Dog trainers)
