I stopped in for coffee and shortbread. The portion was good but the shortbread was quite soft, I like mine a little crisper - personal choice. The staff were lovely too. This is a lovely little tea shop in Invergowrie Dundee. The scones are delicious, so light & tasty. They do lunches too but cant tell you about them but I'm sure they'll be delicious if they're anything like the scones.

fab cafe - what an asset for Invergowrie! if not Dundee. food was expertly done home cooked food with a good range of options for vegans and omnivores- but staff really made it - nice kind welcoming people who didn't bat an eyelid when our baby lobbed a glass of water on the floor nor when we asked to move from the lovely tables outside in the late summer sunshine to indoors due to over-enthusiastic wasps. you should book a table though to make sure you are not disappointed if doing lunch. A lovely village coffee shop - the coffee is great, the staff are friendly, and the food selection is brilliantly tasty. They've a large selection than your typical coffee shop, and it's all fresh made too. Exactly what you'd want from a coffee shop.Be aware, though, that It's location can be somewhat difficult due to parking limitations, though that's really not the fault of the venue so I can't mark their review down based on that.
