Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment which is useful to reduce physical pain and emotional distress.
EFT can also be referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure.
Using this technique people believe tapping the body can create a balance in your energy system and treat pain.

1-2-1 Sessions
These can be carried out either face to face (depending on location) or via either Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, etc.
Hypnotherapy is just as effective via video as it is in person.
