I took my 2 miniature schnauzers in for a groom and they knew exactly how we liked them cut having previously used the pooch lounge loads of times previously. After the experience we had recently, I wouldn’t go back. It £35 each (£70 in total…so we thought). When going back to collect our dogs, the manager rudely greeted us stating that our youngest dog had been poohing on the table, which I can understand the frustration, it’s not a job I’d do ! But, what followed I could of never predicted. He decided to add on a £10 charge EACH. £20 for the collection and use of kitchen roll, to me that is absolutely pathetic. An extra £20 overall to clean up some dog pooh? I’m sure that’s part and parcel of the job looking from the outside in… More...

I can’t express enough how pleased I am with the grooming my dog received!! They took into consideration how I wanted my little man cut but also the fact my dog is very anxious and scared around other dogs so they done him alone Max the schnazaur wants to say thank you for making him look like a schnazaur again ❤️ I his owner have been anxious about taking him back to a groomers after my last experience with a groomers

wow can highly recommend what a lovely experienced for our two fur babies Bella and Buddy first fur cut 16 weeks old getting them use early so they are not stressed lovely so relaxed definitely will be returning thank you youve done a beautiful groom on them x

Excellent...we have three dogs Gracie,Pebbles and Jarvis...Pebbles recently had puppies and hadn’t been groomed for sometime and was very matted and so was Jarvis ( both cockapoos). ..Gracie is an English show cocker and it’s only her ears that get messy lol. The staff are lovely and went through with us what needed to be done and what a brilliant job they did especially with Jarvis as he doesn’t like going and is bonkers lol !!! Although very short it needed to be done and Pebbles especially looks better and was running around the garden as soon as we got back ....many thanks to everyone and see you in July Debs and Chris More...
