Coming from the USA, I’ve had a hard time finding good, fresh BBQ since moving to Scotland. This place is absolutely a hidden gem and some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had, full stop. I have been meaning to visit The Pig's Wings since before they opened. I finally got my finger out today and popped in. The guys have done a great job in modernising the place since they took over from the Tasty Tattie, it has a fresh and modern look. The menu hosts a good variety of options to suit a good range of tastes. I went for the Hot To Trot sub which certainly lived up to it's name. My lips and tongue are still tingling. The pulled pork was melt in the mouth fantastic. The Scotch Bonnet sauce was a Goldilocks ingredient; very tasty but not so spicy that it would numb my taste buds, just the right balance of flavour and spice. Finished of with a good share of jalapenos and cheese, this is definitely a sub I would recommend (only regret not going for the large one). If the rest of the menu is as satisfying, I would be very happy. I will certainly be going back. Thanks to Marcus and his friendly staff for a very fulfilling alternative to the mainstream of eateries in Aberdeen. More...

Visited today with the familia, holy mother of Jesus the food could make statues pull facials ,the guys couldn’t of been any more welcoming to us either , absolute toffs and gentlemen We all had snitzels and I went for the Berlin style one and also skin on fries It was without doubt one of the best feeds I’ve had in a long time hands down House slaw was amazing and skin on fries were delicious Then we had churros But I’m now running out of words to really get across how good this place is So Do your belly a favour and get yourself down You will not be disappointed No where else comes close in abdn Well done guys Whatever your doing Your doing it amazingly right Cheers , see you again
