I have been sufferring from neck pain for a long time now, as I work at desk all day long. I had been to a lot of doctors and physiotherapists, none of which did much good to me. Then my wife told me about the Physio Orthopaedics and that I could consult them over what'sapp. Their advise worked really well for me. I followed all the exercise routines recommended by them.
