Nice warm welcome received from all the staff. Emma Dudley's groomer is great very professional & greets Dudley with a smile & cuddle every time. I know Dudley is in safe hands when I leave him. Taken Dudley our 11 month old Cocker Spaniel to Knutsford Retreat today for the first time. We were welcomed by Emma who I must say was lovely & very approachable & informative.
