We are family run - so we are boarding in our own homes. We can be trusted - see all our licences, qualification and certificates on line. All staff are animal first aid trained. Our Pet Taxi/Ambulance is DEFRA Licensed . We are mature caring Professionals - ‘We will care - When you can’t be there’ .

What do you love most about your job?
The animals are really great, but we also love helping people care for their pets too. People who own pets are usually lovely and so we love to help them both.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We had spent 30yrs as Directors in the charity sector and when we retired, ( we are not good at sitting still ! ) we decided we still wanted to care for people but also for their pet. We are confirmed animal lovers. Our family has had all sorts of pets and for years we have supported family and friends, so now we are doing this professionally. We also wanted to create a service good enough for our Jack (Lab) so ‘care’ is top priority.
Why should our clients choose you?
We don’t prentend to be the cheapest but are competitive. That’s because we give 1to 1 care to each pet - we don’t walk large groups of dogs for example - we put the pet before profit. We believe when you meet us , you will feel able to trust us, to walk, board or care for your pet in your home.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We can offer FaceTime/zoom/ Teams calls to get to know owners. While boarding , we offer facetime /WhatsApp calls so you can check in on them. When home visiting we can wear a body cam for homeowners assurance if requested.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have complied with all Covid regulations. We also get automatic updates from NARPS AND DEFRA on and relevant animal guidance and comply.
