Linda and Di cared for our animals (three dogs, seven cats, two ponies, five sheep and six chickens) when we went on holiday for two weeks in September 2019. We had left them in their care last year and come back to find them all happy and healthy, so we were even more confident leaving them this time. Several of them need medication administered daily: two of thedogs require eye drops several times a day and one also needs oral medication. In addition one of our cats had developed lymphoma and needed several different types of medication daily as well as a special diet. She became unwell while we were away – Linda and Di informed us and took her to the vet immediately. When we returned she looked wonderful despite her condition and we were so grateful to them for all their care and attention to her. The other animals were well and happy. We were able to enjoy our break, relaxed in the knowledge that Linda and Di care for the animals as if they were their own and could cope with any issue that was likely to arise. They also put our minds at rest by regular updates. We use The Pet Partnership if we need help walking the dogs and have called on them at short notice on occasion, which they have always managed to accommodate. I'm so glad I found Pet Partnership to look after my 21 year old cat Ruby(I only ever leave her with my mom, who couldnt look after her this time so it was a big deal for me to trust someone new) They took very good care of Ruby, sent me regular updates to let me know she was ok (even photos! ) and the utility room was spotless when I got home - no horrid litter tray or cat food smells! Linda and Di were recommended to us by our vet when we were looking for someone super-reliable to look after our animals when we went on holiday. We have three dogs, six cats, two ponies, five sheep and five chickens, plus two of our dogs need regular medication, so it is quite an undertaking. What impressed us about Pet Partnership from the beginning was that Linda and Di were undaunted by all the various requirements and super-flexible in dealing with them (for example one of our dogs needs eye-drops at 7am and midnight). We have never entrusted anyone with our animals like this before but we felt very reassured by their professionalism and obvious reliability and we were not disappointed. The animals were all beautifully looked after and clearly well and happy when we returned. Linda and Di understood how difficult it was for us to leave the animals, particularly the dogs, and 'went the extra mile' to put us at ease. We could see how much they cared about the animals' welfare and that this is a vocation rather than a job for them. We were able to enjoy the first holiday we've had in ages - Pet Partnership kept in touch with us as we had requested meaning we were never worried about anything. The house was tidier than it usually is when we got back to boot. We cannot recommend Pet Partnership highly enough. They offer a genuinely bespoke and very high quality service. A real find. More...

We are sooooo glad that we found Linda and Di!!! We got a puppy and needed occasional help. It was difficult to find anyone that could be flexible on this but the pet partnership are super flexible. And even more important than that they are lovely and Bella our dog adores them (I think the feeling is mutual), it is very clear that Linda and Di absolutely love animals. They've helped us out last minute when we've had family emergencies too. We've been using them for almost a year now and would never use anyone else. I highly recommend them. Just completed the Pet First Aid course with Linda and Di and I can highly recommend training with them if you’re a dog walker, dog trainer or simply want to know how to look after your own furry loved one in the event of an emergency or any first aid needed � They are professional but friendly and relaxed, the training content was delivered so well, so much so that I learnt things I didn’t even learn in the human first aid course I completed 18 months ago! I can't recommend Linda and Di enough for anyone who has adhoc dog walking requirements. With a busy life of two children and starting a new business they have been an absolute godsend to me and my 11 month old pup! Not knowing where I am from one day to the next they are constantly being asked to help with walking at very short notice and they are always there to accomadate. I don't know how I survived before! My dog is so happy to go out and I have absolutely zero worries when she leaves the house. I can’t recommend Di and Linda enough. They spent time to get to know my dog who is nervous around strangers. They took time to get to know him and make him feel safe. They always give me updates when they’ve walked him which is so reassuring. They also go the extra mile, for example closing the blinds near where he sleeps so the sun doesn’t shine on him and clear up when he’s chewed things he shouldn’t and made a mess!! I have been using Linda and Di for a while now and I feel absolutely at ease leaving our family pet in their care during the week.

I have two dogs and have used Di & Linda with them both, once was they took my 24 year old dog to the vets for emergency treatment in their pet ambulance and the other was to take my Chihuahua puppy for her first lot of injections and to be microchipped.
To me my dogs are part of my family and loved dearly and I know they treat all the animals they look after in a very loving professional kind way and really treat them like there own.

Far, far better than using a cattery which we have done in the past and its also a much more cost effective alternative.We also make the most of the pet food service and I have food and other supplies delivered by Linda and Di on a twice weekly basis. This saves me the hassle of fetching it myself, and again the cats look forward to the attention they always get. What do you love most about your job?
The opportunity to spend time with gorgeous animals and the ability to provide a flexible bespoke service to Customers when it comes to taking care of beloved pets. It's especially rewarding when we have been able to respond at short notice to Customers needs due to unforeseen circumstances. For example, emergency situations, long traffic delays or stuck in a meeting at work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
From our own experiences - whilst working in demanding jobs, we struggled to find a local reliable pet service that were able to take care of our own dogs and provide peace of mind that our pets were in good hands. Back in 2016, a set of circumstances presented an opportunity for both Linda and I to pursue our passion to work with animals, as well as provide a reliable, friendly and flexible pet service to locals within the Droitwich Spa area.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a small local business, consisting of Linda and Di. We are extremely proud of the business we have set up. We refer to our ethos of “Working Together for Pets" on our website home page, which is an important and fundamental part of how we are different. We believe this collaboration is the best way we can always do the right thing for all pets.
We're are different in how we deliver our services... our dog walks are interactive and the needs of each dog will be different. Our pet sitting isn't about sitting around in your house for an hour; we'll play and communicate with your pets as well as doing pooh pick up, washing out the pet bowls, wiping down surfaces, washing out litter trays and cages, delivery your pet supplies and keeping your cupboards stocked up.
We're different in our approach – we both have clear DBS checks, are Advanced First Aid trained to Instructor level and have all the right insurances and liabilities in place. We react to our Customer's feedback and add Services we can offer in line with that. We are very proud of our service and take great pride in what we do.
Pet Food Supply and Delivery
A local service for all of your pet related supplies. We will look to find the best deals for you and deliver them to your door at no extra cost. We have access to a number of suppliers for a huge range of pet foods and other supplies. If there is something that you are struggling to find, let us know and we will help you find them.
