I used Pet Factor for the first time over the bank holiday weekend. I cannot recommend Lloyd highly enough. He came round to meet Boris first to get to know his little habits and what he does and doesn’t like. It was the first time we have left our dog for any length of time but my mind was completely put at rest by the pictures Lloyd sent me of Boris having a lovely time with his new friend. What do you love most about your job?
I love all the animals I get to work with. I've had animals all my life from hamsters to German Shepherds & I feel really at home with them. Spending time with animals is my idea of heaven
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've had a successful dance school for 25 years & wanted a new challenge. I love walking my own dog & looking after our Guinea Pigs with our kids so decided to see if I could use my love of animals as my new business challenge
Why should our clients choose you?
I have over 40 years experience of looking after animals. I have personally had hamsters, birds, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats & various sized dogs. I have an anxious & fear reactive 12 year old Carpathian Shepherd rescue so have experience with some behaviour issues & I genuinely love looking after all animals. I'm even comfortable looking after snakes & lizards! I am also qualified in dog first aid & am DBS checked. I carry a pet first aid kit with me at all times.

I work with people from their own home collecting dogs for their walks & visiting pets to care for them & give them some company & loving when the owners are away from home whether for work or holidays. I even water plants, take in post & put the bins out!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear masks when visiting clients & keep hand sanitiser & antibacterial wipes with me at all times. Anything I touch which gets returned to the owner is disinfected first - from keys to leads!
