I've had braces, scrape and polish, multiple check ups and X-rays at this clinic! Always a great experience. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming too, not just the actual dentists. The braces were paid off with a payment plan tailored to me and my needs and bespoke service followed. The dentists have been very straightforward with what I need to have done and why.Honestly? I've always had this predisposed idea that all private dental services were out for money, but I've been proven wrong. As someone with a very severe needle phobia dental visits had always been very traumatic. Coming here has been a great help. Although my phobia has not reduced it makes a huge difference walking into a place where all the staff, from receptionists to the dentist, show compassion and understanding. They didn't assume they knew how best to manage my phobia but talked it through with me and came up with an action plan to make it as easy as possible for me. They are a fabulous practice with high standards and always willing to put themselves out to best meet the needs of their patient. This has got to be the best dental clinic in Derby! (I have been to a few) The staff here are excellent. I always get a call the day before my appointment to remind me. I get greeted by name when I get there and offered a drink while I wait. The wait is never long though as they seem to run their appointments on time, unlike a lot of the other practices I have been to. The quality of the work is top notch, the dentists are gentle and they actually give sound advice and explain in detail what the problems are and how the treatment will help.
