What’s your signature dish?
Pastel de Nata, the Portuguese tarts are a speciality of our patisserie and our most sought item.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We ask customers what are they flavours and texture preferences before we create a menu that they can choose from.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating something different for every customer.
Being a small business means we are more than just pastry chefs. But baking sweets and serving delicious and beautiful food is what makes us get up in the morning. It brings joy to our lives, which reflects on our work. Our passion for fine patisserie has grown with us for many years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our many years working in the hospitality industry gave us the experience and security needed to open a business. We believed the catering industry needed someone that actually produced baked goods to deliver the best service possible in terms of flavour and presentation.
