What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients get amazing results and feeling happier & less stressed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'd been a coach and healer for many years, but I started to focus on Mums after a friend of mine asking 'When am I going to enjoy this Lisa' and realising that often parenting techniques are not the way to go .... it's about the mum being happier & stronger in herself.

Yes, I've always provided my services online, even before Covid. I tend to use Zoom.

No face to face appointments unless absolutely necessary.
1to1 Intensive Life Turnaround Program
This is a 3 Step Process, which is ideal for when you need to break old toxic habits or relationships and need some support in order to do so and turn your life around.
(although it is possible to jump in at a later step if you do not need the initial ones).
Sessions can be a mixture of healing & coaching - whatever you would prefer and is most suitable.
