Just back from a totally amazing new class by Chantall. A great variety of exercise, including weights and jogging (which my husband and I both thought we wouldn't manage! ) - but we got through it and thoroughly enjoyed it. Chantall was full of enthusiasm and guided us through each step of the way in a very professional but lighthearted manner. We will probably be sore tomorrow!! We will definitely be back - well done Chantall More...
