I requested a rather elaborate cake design for our Wedding earlier this year and Emma exceeded all of our expectations and created a brilliant design, with a huge amount of detail and a tremendous amount of care. Not only is Emma a wonderful cake maker, she is also a really lovely person, who’s hands I am so glad my cake was in the entire time!
