Really impressed with the personable and flexible service from The Linen Basket, even though I initially called Ben by the wrong name! I've just received my clothes back this evening and with good service I try to leave reviews.I looked through a number of ironing companies before deciding to use this company and I did so for the straight forward and clear information on the website. Clear and fair pricing (not on a 'per-item' basis), but 7kg and above, which suited me fine and there is also a fast turn around and good ironing quality. This is the first time I've used an ironing service and it was a bit of a guilty pleasure due to recent work pressures and not getting around to doing my ironing. I felt a bit 'lazy' despite working in a high pressured job and being tired, but Ben was nothing but professional and communication with him is very good. All in all it has encouraged me to use the service again (I look forward to having a bit more free time and I will continue to use!). First time using but won’t be the last! I had 7kg of shirts collected promptly yesterday late afternoon after enquiring in the morning. Super friendly, professional and everything is weighed in front of you for transparency.They’ve been dropped off just 18 hours later, perfectly ironed and neatly packaged with wire hangers. Cheapest service for miles but absolutely no compromise on quality or service - clearly just running a good, honest business and doing it well. I’d looked at a few others on google but made the right decision for sure.Definitely recommend to anyone who needs help with their ironing and I will be using monthly from now on. Thank you!! More...

Used this company several times now and it is absolutely fantastic. I had been toying with the idea for several months and, after being let down by other companies - who failed to get back to me, The Linen Basket responded almost straight away, on a Sunday and collected my bags or ironing that very evening. They pride themselves on a 24hr turnaround and will iron to suit your preferences. Ben and his team do a great job and the communication from them is great.
