What do you love most about your job?
My clients. I love people. Seeing people turn sad to happy and negative to positive gives me more pleasure than a good gin and tonic. When I receive a wonderful review from a client I have worked with it makes every day worthwhile. I love learning new things and emotions every day and I like meeting new people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During lockdown I became aware of how many people were really struggling, struggling with themselves and their lives. I had always been into helping and coaching but after extensive training as a mature student I'm ready to take on the World. I had cancer when I was only 23 years old and nearly lost my life. But 32 years later I'm still here and living an amazing life. This inspired me to instil this mindset into as many people as possible.
Why should our clients choose you?
I love warm friendly non-judgemental relationships with my clients, but that doesn't mean we don't get stuff done! I'm quite strong and positive and determined that every client that chooses me for their Life Coaching ends up with a very positive mindset for life, whatever might be bothering you, let's tackle it together.

I can use FaceTime, Zoom or Teams or the phone, different portals suit different clients. I'm flexible and available to suit the clients best time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I don't need to as most of my services are on-line. But if I'm attending a retreat or seeing a client in person social distancing and and an extremely high standard of hygiene is always my priority. Anyone visiting me in person will vouch for that.
