I have been going to this clinic for laser hair removal since Feb 2019 and I am about to complete my course. I have also had a plasma pen treatment for unwanted moles by Monika which were effective! Sam and Monika did have to leave the room sometimes during treatment but it doesn't worry me as they would always have the main door locked especially if no one else in in reception. I had my treatment in South Kensington Center (knightsbridge branch) and I have to underline the profesionalism of Jana. It was a real pleasure to go to my sessions as she was very kind, professional and the fact that she has been working in the center for a long time enhanced my trust. She really knows what she is doing and take every precautions. The results are very satisfactory, they did a genuine diagnostic about the number of session. It was the first time that I did laser hair removal, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Kawsar is an amazing therapist, she always shows concern to how you are feeling during the sessions and is willing to give you as much time and attention as you need. I have had great results from the first session, followed her recommendations and never had any sort of reactions or pain. It has been great. I have also done a facial with Kawsar and she was really amazing. She made me feel relaxed and my skin was glowing and much healthier after the treatment. WOW WOW AND WOW! I had my first session of laser today with Niva which I was so happy with! I was quite nervous to begin but it wasn't bad at all. Some areas felt a bit more sensitive than others but it was pretty much pain free! I then had a Dermaquest resurfacer with Natalia. I've had quite a few facials before but this was literally the best one. Five star service! My wonderful Therapist Thelma has dramatically reduced my sagging stretch marked stomach which I’ve had for 20 years due to pregnancy. I was very sceptical at first about how successful my treatment would be but I cannot believe the huge improvements just over halfway through my treatment. I have had a combination of fat freezing and Calvitation. I feel much more confident about my tummy and look forward to being confident enough to wear a bikini !
