My laptop died just as, visiting Liverpool, I began work. My first call yielded various excuses, my second call to The Lappy Shop brought the reassuring tones of Chris. A taxi ride, a bus ride back (Chris told me which bus) and by early evening same day Chris was outside my hotel with a new hard drive in the laptop and on the data transferred, all for 140 quid. And all this despite the struggles of being an Everton supporter. Informative (about many things), intuitive man...and clearly knows the insides of these machines we depend on, plus Chris can explain what he's doing in accessible terms. Many thanks. More...

they said they will come round that was a fortnight ago no phone call to let me knew what was going on i would not recommend them i left messages on their answering machine still not heard from them they say they have 6 staff thats a laugh so do not use them

The guys at the Lappy Shop really are great, I was so scared of loosing the baby pictures and they explained how they back up a back up of their backup showed me I was safe before continuing. Not only did they fix the problem but they kept my Jays photos safe. I will always recommend the Lappy Shop to my friends and family as they are a real friendly Local team. Thanks Guys !
