Martin Heaton founded ‘The Joker Entertainment Company’ originally called ‘The Joker’ in May 2002 at just 15 years of age. Martin originally worked alone providing Circus Workshops but has never stopped expanding and now provides a whole range of services and a whole range of different entertainers to suit any event at any time of year.

My 6 year old has just finshed a 6 week circus skills workshop with The Joker and he thoroughly enjoyed himself. He is now an avid plate spinner and is constantly practising his other new skills.
Easter will bring him some new circus equipment - he is going to be thrilled.
Highly recommeded!

Craig came to entertain a mixed age group of children at a party we gave for all ages. He was brilliant and kept children aged 15 down to 4 entertained while we adults had lunch which was a rare treat for the parents. Booked 'The Joker Entertainment' for my year 1 class at school as part of their circus theme. The children had a fantastic circus day which they thoroughly enjoyed. After the workshop the children developed a performance which they performed to the whole school and was enjoyed so much that the class were entered into a local talent contest. Back in the classroom we used the workshop to inspire our writing. Will certainly be booking again! More...
