What’s your signature dish?
Our signatures dish would be Jerk lobster with a garlic Gerratt butter, in-house coleslaw Caribbean salad. Serve with your choice of home-made rice and peas, vegetable rice, sweet potato, fries or a garlic mash.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Creating the perfect menu for client would mean meeting the client dietary requirements We also would cater for the need of a client. Is there a vegetarian or vegan?
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job meeting new customer cooking, showcasing the authenticity, the flavour, the food and the love that the people of jamica have into bringing a slice of Jamaica to your home on your plate to your tastebuds
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me was my family, especially my grandad. I grew up in a house where everyone would learn how to cook so moving to the UK over the past 20 years. I took those lessons with me showcasing them the lights off market carnival festival, BBC country file Channel 4

With Covid behind us, we were running a service of people ordering on the phone and coming to pick up your meals when we had a chance to do so
