It is challenging for business owners to maintain 'business as usual' and to keep the back office running. We can take the pressure off your business and keep this area of your business up-to-date and compliant.

We are a team of friendly professionals who have come together over a period of the last 11 years to deliver exceptional service to our clients. From very different backgrounds we all came to a position of aspiring to make a difference and carry this philosophy with us every day.

We are based in Southampton and have worked remotely for the last 11 years. We can always be reached by phone or email to support and offer advice. Whether it's a quick chat through or a monthly review no questions is too small. We also have a broad network of contacts if you need help on other aspects of your business where we can't help.

We have been working remotely from our clients for the last 11 years. 95% of our clients opt to work on a paperless basis with us using dropbox, One Drive, Google Drive etc. However, we are still happy to take a carrier bag of paperwork if that's what works for you!

It is always great to meet a client if geographically possible but we are now using Zoom calls to make sure both us and our clients can put a name to a face and build a relationship.

We love XERO but also work with all the other accounting software (QuikBooks, SAGE, Kashflow etc.) We can do as much or as little as you would like us - debt collecting, invoice processing, expense processing. Everything is reconciled up to and including P&L review all ready for your accountant to pick up and offer financial advice and complete your tax calculations.

We are a small friendly team of professionals processing payrolls from directors only to 50+ employees. We offer an end to end service for a simple monthly fee - processing, RTI submission, email payslips, pension administration, P60's etc. You will always be able to get hold of one of us by telephone or email and we are here to support you and your employees however small the query.

We provide bookkeeping services to a number of medical professionals from consultants to professionals delivering medical treatment services. We have a wealth of experience working with private insurance companies and dealing with clients in a professional and understanding manner due to the circumstances sometimes surrounding the treatment.
We are also experienced at working with Cliniko and it's integration into accounting sofware.

Knowing what can and can't be included is key to getting the best outcome for you and ensuring you're not paying more tax than you should be. Caroline, our in-house specialist, will help you navigate your way through this tricky area and offer great advice on how to manage your finances going forward. The deadline has recently been extended so there's plenty of time to make sure you don't miss the deadline.

We have extensive experience of manging the affairs of charities and other non-profit organisations. Although these can seem to be overly complicated our sensible no-nonsense approach takes the hard work out of ensuring everything is done correctly.
