Everybody is naturally whole, creative and resourceful. I am offering a safe space without judgement for clients to open up and I am curious to really get to the bottom of challenges in a playful way. We will be dancing in the moment.
I use curiosity, challenging questions and coaching techniques(embodiment, visualisation etc) to explore perspectives and push boundaries of self-discovery and newly found motivation to explore your life purpose.
