What a beautiful venue!! I attended an event at The House on Friday and it was perfect from start to finish. The organiser Alison and all the staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. This place in fabulous. Drinks were £5 cocktails were more but it really depends on where you usually go out, it’s definitely more expensive than a Yates type place but definitely not overpriced. The food was fab too. The venue is stunning inside and out. I can’t believe ‘poor sanitation’ was listed by someone. These are seriously luxury premises- clearly they’ve never been or are confusing it with somewhere else. Inside and outside spaces are just beautiful. Attention to detail was outstanding too. See it for yourself before you dismiss it. We went to a fabulous wedding there. Also, yes there was someone who couldn’t get a taxi, but I’m from the country so I anticipated that and planned ahead. we held our daughter's wedding here on Saturday and what a day it was from start to finish Allison looked after all our needs with her fantastic staff . all our geusts thoroughly enjoyed themselves it was such a lovely day the food was first class the gardens were amazing I could go on and on . Allison your amazing so helpful nothing was to much trouble thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for all your hard work in making our daughter's wedding day very special . I attended a muddyboots play day here within the forest area of The House and it was wonderful. Easy to find and plenty of room to park.
I also took a look around grounds and house and it's just stunning. A perfect setting for any occasion all year round.
