Unfortunately Linda we can't help getting delayed due to traffic problems especially when there is a severe traffic collision that required police and ambulance presence. I put the comfort and safety of the injured people as a priority above getting to you on time. Perhaps, in your book that requires a 2 Star deduction in our service yet in my book it shows compassion to this in need. I did explain the traffic accident to you and notified you that we'd be late. So, I’m very disappointed that you feel our service to you is only worthy of 3 Stars despite us providing you with a thorough job and advance notice of our delayed arrival due to a situation well beyond our control.

Disappointed we didn't get a FIVE STAR Review especially as we did work above and beyond what was agreed such as emptying stuff from your attic, removing that stuff to your shed and painting above your hall stairs and landing. I appreciate your feedback though as next time we'll limit our works to what was agreed at time of agreement.

A Very professional and knowledgeable company ! After the initial phone call where I explained our problem , Geraint told us what he thought the problem with our loft could be !
He called later that evening to inspect the attic and carried out the work three days later .
We didn’t go for any other quotes as we felt the price quoted for the work being carried out was very fair and we’re very happy with the work Geraint and his son has done
