I got a series of quotes for a new alarm system, neither of which for one reason or another I was happy or confident with.
However I contacted Stronghold Security and from the word go, I was impressed.
The engineer I dealt with (Lee), was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
He came to my premises to quote and I had a million and one questions and he answered every single one. He also made some suggestions I hadn't considered together with their pros and cons.
There was no pressure or hard sell, just genuine, honest information and advice.
Lee understood my purposes for the system and gave me the most cost effective, yet suitable solution which is also approved by insurance companies.
On the day of install, Lee arrived on time and continued to work in a very efficient, clean and friendly manner.
He then proceeded to configure
the system to my requirements and demonstrate the whole system to me.
I even had further questions and he had no problem in answering them all.
Stronghold Security left me with a great system and more importantly, peace of mind.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services to anyone.

I was contacted by several CCTV security suppliers and installation companies but from the very onset I was most impressed by Lee from Stronghold security. He is super quick to respond. He was extremely patient and took the time to throughly explain everything very clearly which enabled me to make the correct decision in choosing which system I wanted for my property. I almost made the wrong decision. From the minute Lee arrived he was very courteous and continued to answer my endless questions. We are quite pedantic and he accommodated to this very well. Lee was quick, efficient and excellent when installing the cameras. He made no mess and worked very hard even in the pouring rain. What little mess was created Lee insisted on cleaning it himself. The house was left as clean as when he first entered. The floodlight camera’s Lee provides are amazing given the broad variety they offer and at an incredible price (believe me I’ve done my research). Lee continuously provides support and offers to provide it even after he has completed the job. I was astounded by this excellent level of service which no other company could provide. Lee provided other amazing advice and cared about us protecting our home, not just completing a job.
