WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH! Laura is welcoming, friendly and extremely professional. The salon is light and airy and I loved the concept. Discussion about what I wanted (and, importantly, what my hair needed!) led afterwards to the wash with massage (heaven). Expert colouring, cut and finish as always and I am so happy with the result. It was obvious to see that Laura really takes pride in her work and treats everybody as an individual. (n.b. With the same surname, it is possibly wondered if we may be related... I am so happy with my full head of blonde highlights, my hair has been completely transformed, it's better than I could have hoped for, so many times i've gone to get my hair done elsewhere and been dissatisfied with the results, I would now never want to go anywhere or to anyone else, Laura was confident with what she could achieve and clearly very skilled and professional. Laura has designed and created a beautiful salon which was a pleasure to chill out in for a few hours whilst being pampered. All expected social distancing measures were in place. She asked what I wanted done with my hair, listened to my response, gave her own suggestions where appropriate and then worked her magic. Despite not having my hair done for months due to lockdown she blended the root touch up absolutely seamlessly and gave a little summer highlight.
