Molly is our groomer and has some fantastic reviews on Facebook where we also have an ever growing picture gallery of her work.
We don't have cages, opting instead for comfortable waiting areas for the dogs whilst they are in our care.

Apparently 10 minutes in the worlds windiest conditions sticking my dog in a field with loads of other yappy dogs is enough time and the right conditions to complete a temperament test. Apparently my rescue dog sat by the gate the whole time, nervous. Rightly so! What a terrible way to introduce someone somewhere and with only 10 minutes in these conditions?! Obviously he’s going to be nervous!!! A flat out “no” and no recommendations or staggered introduction suggested. Just “try again in a few months”. Telling you right now I WONT BE. I rang pawmaster next door and they asked about how they deal with these situations and they said they don’t agree with temperament tests as it isn’t a fair reflection and recognise they need time to settle. I AGREE and will be going here and spending my money on a place that actually understands dogs who need reasonable adjustments. More...

We have been using Howlies for a few months now and have had an excellent experience with them. Our dog loves going there every week, and gets super excited when Andy turns up at the door. Their communication is excellent- we always know when the dog will be picked up/ dropped off, we get regular updates via text/ social media, and they are always accommodating to our needs. This is the owner of Howlies Doggy Daycare and the Groom Shack caught in the act of criminally damaging another dog related business on the same site as him . This is just one incident in a long campaign of terror and intimidation. I would not trust a man who cannot control his temper and is quite willing to break the law and use bully boy tactics like this. This is the owner shortly before the police arrived losing his temper and get caught on camera ripping down another dog related business sign that is on the same site as him. Very professional behaviour from a man who owns the company!!! The best doggy day care! Our rescue has been going for a while now and he get so excited whenever he sees Andy at the door. I love the report cards every day, timings for pick up and drop off and the photos put on Facebook. What do you love most about your job?
We love the dogs faces when they see how good they look and smell and how much the owners realise and see the joy in their dogs ?
What inspired you to start your own business?
I currently run a doggy daycare next door called Howlies so this seemed like the natural progression to that. I've always loved animals and being around dogs is literally the best way to spend a day at work and all the staff employed at both locations feel exactly the same
Why should our clients choose you?
We are dedicated, professional and most of all love the dogs we are privileged to work with. We pride ourselves on communication between ourselves and our customers and always work to a specification from the customers themselves whilst ensuring the dog is living its best life whilst they are with us ?

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Handover takes place outside, constant handwashing, card machine or online payments, thoroughly cleaned and hygienic premises.
Dog grooming
Bath and blow dry, full grooms, puppy grooms and nail trims.
Dogs looked after on a 1 to 1 basis (unless from same household), we provide treats if the dogs are allowed and give aftercare advice as well to keep your pooch in prime paperedness 😊
