Karena at the Groom Room is great, I love taking my dog Ruby here, she always looks fantastic when she’s been cut and relaxed and happy while there! Would definitely recommend!

Since moving from London a few years ago I have been looking for a good local groomer for my Griffon Bruxellois and Yorkie for times when I cannot take them to London. Karena was introduced to me by a friend and the dogs had their first appointment on Saturday. I was delighted with the whole experience from start to finish. She is a lovely, kind and gentle lady ..which is for me is as important if not more important as grooming skills when I think about leaving my precious dogs with anyone. Her approach is completely professional. From the pretty little groom room, to her correspondence, even to her immaculate uniform, and she really listens to what you want and takes it on board. Everything is aesthetically appealing and she did not dissapoint with her grooming skills. My dogs looked fabulous!! I am delighted to have found her and would recommend her wholeheartedly.
