A true LBS (Local Bike Shop) by the very definition of it! Great knowledgable staff (Richard has probably forgotten more about bikes than I can remember), great food in the cafe at the back and some mean Gin if that's your tipple! Also. look out for their holiday packages to The Pyrenees / Mallorca / Etc well worth attending one.Oh and the attached picture is the love of my life, "Sparkles" who Richard expertly put together for me. Constantly exceeds my expectations! Richard and the team operate this business in a fantastic way. Nothing is a problem, even when I turned up 30 mins before closing they spent an hour fixing my bike! I wouldn’t use anyone else. Took my bike in for a service on the cogs, chain and gears at 10am yesterday. Got an email at 10.45am the same day to say it was ready. After a heavy fall last week I can say the lads have fully restored my confidence in cycling again. The bike changes gears like a knife through butter!! Popped over to the Jersey many times now, but on a perticularly long ride yesterday, when I asked about borrowing an Allen key to sort my headset, the lad at the counter not only found me a new bolt but also sorted it whilst I ate my food, top service & always a great atmosphere whenever I’ve been. Keep up the good work.
