What’s your signature dish?
The greek traditional pira gyros or souvlaki wrap with fresh made meat of your choice, tomatoes, onios, chips and homemade tzatziki sauce.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I sent to my costumers our menus and when they roughly have an idea what they want, i help them to create a nice menu that suits their occasion.
What do you love most about your job?
I love contacting with people and thought our conversation to make their events special and travel them back to Greece with my love of cooking the traditional dishes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love for cooking and creating new tastes and flavors. My country inspires me to do that with all the fresh ingredients and all the smells of the Mediterranean cuisine.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We keep all our distances and we have our masks to protect us. All the staff is fully vaccinated.

We cook our Greek traditional dishes of your choice and we delivery them at your place or we stay there to serve them.
